Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the provision of printing services by Studio MM Mateusz Żelazny, ul. Władysława Jagiełły 5, 44-120 Pyskowice, Poland, e-mail: biuro@drukarniamm.pl, tel. +48 730 011 611 (hereinafter: Studio MM).

Submitting an order via the form on drukarniamm.plor by e-mail constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Studio MM provides the following services:

• large-format printing (A4–A0 and custom sizes),
• document copying,
• scanning of technical documents,
• binding (spiral, thermal and other),
• sheet folding (including DIN 824 standard),
• as-built documentation compilation (kolaudaty),
• archiving and document reproduction,
• delivery of finished prints to the client.

Orders may be placed:

• via the order form on drukarniamm.pl,
• by e-mail to biuro@drukarniamm.pl,
• by phone.

An order is accepted once confirmed by Studio MM (by e-mail or phone). Confirmation includes pricing, estimated delivery date and delivery terms.

The client receives a unique order reference number (e.g. MM/2026/0001), which should be quoted in all further correspondence.

Accepted file formats: PDF (recommended), DWG, PLT, TIFF, JPG.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted files. Studio MM is not liable for errors arising from defects in the supplied materials (wrong proportions, missing fonts, incorrect colours, etc.) unless caused by Studio MM.

If there is any doubt about a file, Studio MM will contact the client before printing.

Current prices are published on drukarniamm.pl in the Pricing section. All prices are gross (including 23% VAT).

Custom orders (special formats, large volumes, delivery) are quoted individually.

Payment is due upon collection or delivery of the order, unless otherwise agreed. A VAT invoice is issued for each order.

Standard turnaround time is agreed individually and confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

Express printing (same-day) is available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge agreed individually.

Delivery is free of charge for orders classified as large, within ~30 km of Pyskowice. Whether an order qualifies as large is determined individually based on its scope and value. For other cases, delivery costs are agreed individually.

Personal collection is available at ul. Władysława Jagiełły 5, Pyskowice — by prior arrangement.

Complaints regarding print quality must be submitted promptly — within 7 business days of receiving the print — by e-mail to biuro@drukarniamm.pl or by phone.

Please include a description of the defect and, where possible, photographic evidence. Studio MM will respond within 5 business days.

In justified cases, Studio MM will reprint the order at its own cost or refund the amount paid for the defective portion of the order.

The client warrants that they hold all necessary rights or permissions to reproduce the submitted materials and assumes full legal responsibility for any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code and other applicable Polish law.

Studio MM reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on drukarniamm.pl and apply to orders placed after that date.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over Studio MM's registered address.
